It all starts with the persona.
Beautiful Brittany is the persona for Essential Rose, a e-commerce skin-care line that uses essential oils for a mood-boosting effect.
Recovering Ron is a persona I developed to help a coach who is building a program to help men overcome pornography addiction.
Anonymous Andy is a persona I developed to help a coach who is building a program to help men overcome pornography addiction.

Yoga Nora is a persona I helped build for Conscious Lead, a financial and marketing consulting company that helps brick & mortar wellness studios grow and develop financial literacy. While the specifics of the persona are confidential, I researched interests, tools, job titles, preferred blogs and publications, among many other details about this persona. I also interviewed studio owners to compare to research and compiled in a worksheet to be used for Facebook ad campaigns.
Self-Care Suzie is the persona for Inner Alchemy, a local wellness community teaching breathwork and icebath therapy. I created this persona by documenting conversations with participants in the group.
Sarah is a persona I researched to profile an emotional eater for a wellness coach who was in process of designing a program for people with food obsessions. Research involved reading competitor sites, forums, and scouring Facebook groups.
